David Yurman ring // MAC lipstick in "gumball"
My family arrived in Blowing Rock, NC, yesterday for a couple days of escape in the mountains. We're staying in a cozy cabin located high on a mountain top, with one of the most incredible views I've ever seen! Right when we got there yesterday we headed outside to the fire pit to make s'mores (side note - I had planned to wear different booties with this outfit, but I wore the UGGs to drive in and I couldn't bear to take them off they were so comfortable!). Afterward we came inside and my dad made dinner while my mom and I read books (we're both reading good ones) and snuggled with the dogs. It was a pretty magical day! I don't get time alone with my parents very often so it reminded me of being a kid again.
By the way... this off shoulder sweater is one of my favorites, it's so so soft! It looks great with jeans too!
