Yesterday was the first day of NYFW and oh-my-goodness it was a whirlwind. This was my first look of the day for a hair appointment with Tresemme stylists. The funny thing about the outfit? It's cheap. As in, Forever 21 cheap. I wanted to prove that you don't have to spend a lot money to look put together or to fit in with fashion week! The blouse, skirt and bow are all less than $40 and the shoes are less than $100. I LOVE big bows, and I could not be more obsessed with this black pussybow that ties onto any collared blouse. (Chances are you already have some blouses in your closet that it would look amazing with!) This is also the debut of these black bow heels, which match the pussybow perfectly (and which I am also obsessed with).
Yesterday we also went backstage and attended the Marissa Webb show (Marissa Webb herself is SO cool and laid-back), met Elaine Turner, and got to hang out with the really cool Tresemme girls - it was a blast! My feet were already hurting after about the first hour, though, which is not a good sign. I may have to get them amputated after this week - haha!
