Maybe you think I'm crazy, maybe not, but I am OBSESSED with this dress. I mean it literally has everything I look for in a dress - off-shoulder, ruffles, daisies and it's even black and white (which makes it the perfect transition into fall). I really love it when clothes make a statement, and this dress hits the mark. It may be hard to tell in the photos, the dress comes with a little brown, braided belt that you tie around your waist to make it more tailored to your shape. I would totally style this dress for tailgating/football games with cowboy boots or ankle booties! Although I love it with these strappy sandals. I feel like I've been wearing them with too much, but they go with every outfit so why not!
A little off topic, but I've been trying to experiment more with makeup lately, particularly highlighting and contouring. I recently picked up this highlighting wand (in gold) after a recommendation from a makeup artist. I used it yesterday for the first time (earlier in the day before these photos were taken) and it gives a pretty, luminescent glow to your face wherever you apply it. I applied it on my cheekbones, brow bones and my cupid's bow… I couldn't tell if it made a difference at first but as soon as my mom saw me she noticed and said "my skin was glowing." Then she offered to buy it off me, so it must have worked! Haha. Just a tip in case anyone is looking for a good highlighter!
