All from Swoozies
Last weekend, a group of us headed to Isle of Palms to celebrate my friend Melissa's bachelorette party… it was seriously the perfect weekend! When we started to plan the decor, I immediately turned to Swoozie's because I knew I could count on them to have the cutest bachelorette and beach-themed goodies of all time. We decided to go with a pink and gold theme, but we also incorporated some cute beach accessories since the party was held at the beach. At the very beginning of the weekend, I had Melissa leave the condo while I set everything up… when she walked into the room, this is what she saw (below photo)!
There were definitely two big "hits" with the girls… first were these cute drinking buddies glass markers. I mean, what could be better than hot men you can bring along with you in your pocket?! We brought the men with us everywhere we went (they have names written across their swim trunks - mine was Brad) and even put them on our drinks at restaurants. Everyone loved them and they were a conversation starter everywhere we went!
The second big "hit" was these cup holder drink spikers. Since Melissa is the bride she had the white spiker and the rest of the girls had the pink with white monogram. These things are seriously the best - they keep your drink from getting sandy plus they are just so darn CUTE!
The entire weekend was a blast… one day we explored Charleston (we explored the battery, ate at King Street Grille and went shopping at all the boutiques on King Street) then spent the evening at Party at the Point in Mount Pleasant (a really fun beach party with live music!). The next day, we spent the entire day at the beach and then held Melissa's lingerie shower that night. If you are planning a bachelorette party and are looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend Wild Dunes Resort. We stayed at one of the condos (Lagoon Villas) and it was beautiful, offered plenty of space and was affordable too! Plus everything you need is within walking distance - the beach, pools, restaurants, ice cream, shops, etc.
